Healthy body -Healthy spirit
Exercises are very good for your body, it makes you feel younger and fit.So you should walk every day for an hour, also you have to go for swimming because it's very good for you and in case you want to lose weight.also you should eat a lot of vegetables and a lots of fruit and drink a lot of water and eat skinless chiken.You shouldn't eat white bread and a lot of sugar,salt,oil or junk food because they are not good for healthy body.
